Kindly note that the Event and Competition rates at NTC will remain unchanged for 2025.
Event / Competition Rates
- Full Day: R7,000 per day
(Inclusive of VAT and 2 cleaners)
Time slot: 07:00 – 22:00
Please note: This rate does not include access for training sessions the day before the event. Training time must be booked and paid for separately. - Half Day (maximum 4 hours): R4,500
(Inclusive of VAT and 2 cleaners)
These rates cover use of the hall in its current (permanent) setup.
Any additional setup or breakdown requirements — including equipment changes or layout modifications — will be quoted separately.
Training Session Fees
Effective from 1 July 2025
(Includes 13% electricity tariff increase)
Please note: Special rates and concessions for gymnasts and clubs will no longer apply.
- R500 per session (max 3 hours) for 1–8 gymnasts per club
- R750 per session (max 3 hours) for 9–16 gymnasts per club
- R1,000 per session (max 3 hours) for 17–24 gymnasts per club
Note: Training sessions may only be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
Lecture Room Hire
- R2,500 per day
(Inclusive of VAT, cleaning services, Smart TV usage, and tea/coffee/water on arrival)
Capacity:- 30 people (seated with tables)
- 45 people (cinema-style seating)
Catering is available upon request and will be quoted separately based on your specific requirements.
